About the Poster
Deciding to interpret “contrast” as the contrast between how I see myself and how I believe others see me, I took the photo below, created a “keyhole” out of my figure and placed the internal perceptions within and the external perceptions without. The top left pairing begins the story simply with myself being an unknown entity within a crowd, then moves into the two pairings at the top right dealing with my younger days, swinging ’round to the bottom left with a more contemporary trio and then finishing with a rendering of the original photo.
